Scheduling & Service

How do I schedule an appointment?

Simply call or text Benjamin at 512-967-2577. Phone scheduling only—no online booking. I'm available 8am-10pm every day, and text messages are preferred for fastest response.

Do you really come to my home or workplace?

Yes! That's the whole point. I bring all professional tools and equipment directly to your location—whether that's your home driveway, office parking lot, or anywhere else within my service area. No need to go to a shop.

How long does a typical brake job take?

Most brake jobs take about 1 hour (60-120 minutes depending on the vehicle and service needed). I work efficiently without rushing to ensure quality work.

What are your hours?

I'm available 8am-10pm, every day including weekends. I have a full lighting setup for evening jobs, so don't worry about scheduling after work.

Can you do same-day service?

Same-day service is often available, depending on my schedule. Call as early as possible for the best chance of same-day service. I prioritize urgent safety issues.

Coverage & Travel

What areas do you cover?

I'm based in Round Rock and service areas within approximately 40 minutes, including Round Rock, Austin (North/Central), Pflugerville, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Hutto, Taylor, Manor, Liberty Hill, Wells Branch, Anderson Mill, and nearby areas.

Is there a travel fee?

No travel fee within my normal service area! The prices you see are the prices you pay.

What if I'm not sure if you service my area?

Just call me at 512-967-2577 and I'll let you know right away if I can service your location. If you're roughly within 40 minutes of Round Rock, we can probably make it work.

Pricing & Payment

How much do brake services cost?

Prices are straightforward: Front or rear pads are $100. Pads and rotors (front or rear) are $140. Full front & rear pads and rotors are $280. Caliper replacement is $100 each. Brake fluid flush is $120. Note: BMW service is double these prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Cash, Venmo, and CashApp. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

Yes! Tell me your vehicle make/model and what symptoms you're experiencing (squealing, grinding, pulsing, etc.) and I'll provide an upfront estimate before scheduling.

Parts & Quality

What kind of parts do you use?

I use quality aftermarket or OEM-equivalent parts. You can supply your own parts, I can purchase them from an auto parts store, or you can order them online (eBay, Amazon) and save money. I recommend brands like Detroit Axle, TRQ, and Transit Auto.

Can I supply my own parts?

Absolutely! Many customers buy parts online to save money. Just make sure you have the correct parts for your vehicle before I arrive. I'm happy to help you order the right parts if needed.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes, I stand behind my work. If there's any issue with the installation, I'll make it right. Parts warranties depend on where you purchase them (manufacturer warranties apply).

What equipment do you use?

I use Snap-On professional tools and the latest Autel diagnostic software (1996-2025 vehicles). I'm equipped to handle all braking systems including electronic parking brakes.

Vehicle Types

What vehicles do you service?

I work on virtually all makes and models including Audi, VW, Porsche, Honda, Acura, Mini, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Corvette, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Infiniti, Kia, Hyundai, Genesis, GMC, Cadillac, Ford, Mazda, Fiat, Chrysler, RAM, Jeep, Dodge, Subaru, and more.

What vehicles DON'T you service?

I don't service: Drum brakes, giant/commercial vehicles, or heavily lifted trucks. If you're not sure, just call and ask.

Do you work on BMWs?

Yes, but BMW brake service is double the standard price due to the additional complexity and time required.

How long have you been doing brake work?

I have over 20 years of brake expertise. I'm a professional, trained, certified, and state-licensed automotive technician. I previously worked at First Texas Honda of Austin.

Are you licensed and insured?
